Account Registration and Eligibillity -
To sell on Ecchi Eden, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information about the products you list, including product descriptions, pricing, photos, availability, and shipping details. Misleading or fraudulent listings may lead to suspension or termination of your seller account.

Depictions of nudity in product listings -
To comply with several state laws, Ecchi Eden cannot display sexually explicit content without first verifying the age of those viewing it. By creating an account on this platform, you agree not to show depictions of nudity in your product listings. You may censor these images in any way that a reasonable person of sound mind would find agreeable. 

Pricing and Fees -
You as the seller, agree to pay any fees associated with using this platform. This includes 8% of the total an item sells for, as well as a 2.7% standard credit card processing fee.

Platform Rights and Responsibilities - 
Ecchi Eden reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate the terms of this agreement or use this platform to violate any laws. Ecchi Eden will provide support services for issues related to the use of the platform. However, we are not responsible for resolving disputes between buyers and sellers or handling legal or financial issues.
